Kyle Courtright, founder of Courtright Design, didn't always have it easy. This brand designer started with just $ 50.

Courtright had to stay on a strict budget to make his business dreams come true and stopped at McDonald's for cheap hookups with his wife while growing his graphic design business. At one point he was working in his car outside his home office just to get an internet connection.

During that time, he worked in low-paying 9-5 jobs while burning the midnight oil to gain knowledge of SEO and website design. He did all of this to promote his graphic design company, which initially felt more like a "hobby".

Just three years later, he quit his 9-5 job to work as a full-time freelancer. Courtright has worked with Fortune 500 companies including Toyota, Chipotle, Lowe's, Walmart and NVIDIA. Other clients he has worked with include the USA Olympics, the Detroit Lions, the Sacramento Kings, the NBA, NFL, DR Horton, the American Cancer Society, and the National Parkinson Society.
